Ortefish S.L was founded in 2004 by José Ortega, who after more than twenty years working in the wholesale fresh fish and seafood sector, made his dream a reality and started his own company.
Together with a group of great professionals with experience and knowledge of the industry, he set up his first market stall in 2004 in the Mercat Central del Peix in Barcelona and today, Ortefish has two stalls and a bright future ahead of them.
What makes us stand out is our commitment to high quality, a wide range of products and a young and modern approach to business management with younger generations in management positions.
We offer a wide variety of only the highest quality products. All types of fresh fish, oily fish, tuna and shellfish, bespoke service for every customer and a commitment to customer satisfaction backed by the experience and trust that the retail sector has placed in us.
